My colleague Fredrik Viljesjö and I are attending the Enterprise Agile Coach Bootcamp. It’s a five day course with two certifications from ICAgile. This is my attempt to summarize what the camp was all about.

What we will cover in the course

The first day was focused around future search where we, in summary, build a common understanding of the past, what we are doing right now and what we would like to do in the future.

In the future search exercise we used other techniques such as Gestalt coaching and Lego Serious Play. Lego Serious Play lets you build what you are thinking into a lego model and then explain your thoughts. Participants can ask clarifying questions like “is there a reason this piece is blue” and nine times out of ten your mind digs deeper and make up a answer for the question, in that way we can learn mor about the problem.

After a long first day Fredrik and I went to a bar with Scott and Frank from the course. We enjoyed som craft beer and shared our thoughts of the day, and serverless, we talked a lot about serverless…
